Unlike Smith Machine Home gyms, the weight stack is included with this multi-gym.. The MKM-81010 will minimize the pieces of equipment needed for your home workout by eliminating the need for free weights.

The Marcy Club 200lb Stack Home Gym is built with a durable 14-gauge steel tube frame and vinyl-coated weight stack, so it is surely made to last. Avoid a commercial gym and save on fees by investing in the MKM-81010.

200 lb Weight Stack: 15.2 lbs per weight plate (pounds of resistance vary by station, please see page 13 of manual for detailed break down)

Weight Stack Lock

Aside from the solid steel protective stack covers, The Marcy Club 200lb Stack Home Gym features a weight stack lock for added safety.

 


Leg Developer

The dual function leg developer targets the hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes, allowing for a total lower body workout. The oversized foam roller pads are ergonomically designed for stress-free leg exercises.

 


Press Arms/Dual Function Press Arms

Target your pectoral muscles with the dual-function press arms. These press arms can easily be changed from chest press to vertical butterfly exercises for a maximum upper body workout. In addition, sit backwards for Rows and utilize the full body workout delivered by MKM-81010.

 


Lat Pull Downs

Utilize the Lat Bar and Upper Pulley for Lat Pull Downs. Lat Pull Downs target the same muscles as Pull-Ups. With the upper pulley system, you can prepare your body for pull ups without pull-up bars and eventually work up to pulling up your body weight.

 


Removable Arm Curl

The arm curls are made with high-density foam to ensure comfort. They are also adjustable to suit different user body type.
