Wherever you are in your fitness/running/walking journey this will be a great opportunity to have some structure to your week! We encourage anyone and everyone to join! There will be a few different run options to choose from each week depending on your fitness level and what your goals are. Every Sunday you will receive an email with the training for the week which includes workout runs. 12 week running clinic.
